Pastured Pork - don't think you like pork? Chances are you don't like "store" pork; ours is so good. Pastured (significant grass/legumes intake), certified organic, high quality home grown feed. We grow them slower, and in their natural environment, which results in great taste. Harvest begins late summer through fall.

NEXT HARVEST: October 2010 - taking reservations starting 2/1/2010. As of 8/1/2010 - we are already close to sold out for 1/2's and wholes....

Pastured Poultry - SOLD OUT - 2010 Season, begin taking $10/bird deposit 2/1/2010. Our chickens everyone will agree are without compare. Wonderful!
Label-rouge breed, NOT cornish cross.

**** We grow to order plus a very small margin. No deposit, no bird. We'll run out. Pre-orders will determine how many we do in 300 bird batches. In 2009, 2008 we did 300 birds.
